Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on completed orders. However, if changes are needed to meet quality standards, such as editing and proofreading services, we have a revision process to ensure satisfaction.

If the completed product doesn’t meet the requirements specified when you placed the order, we will review it internally and revise or recreate the content at no extra cost.

Each package has its own revision policy, as described in the service details. We offer revisions within 5 to 10 days after the order status changes to "Waiting for Customer Approval." The revision period depends on the chosen package.

Revisions start once the order is marked as "Waiting for Customer Approval." You can request revisions by contacting your Project Manager via email, making sure the original requirements are met.

You can make personal changes to the content you receive from us after the order is complete but before publishing. The content is provided in Word format, and you retain the rights to it.

Refunds are handled case by case. We work hard to address client needs. Refund conditions may include:

• ✔ Minor Errors or Technical Issues: Refunds won’t be given for minor errors or delays, like typos or small formatting issues.
• ✔ Client Delays: We aren’t responsible for delays caused by the client, and refunds won’t be issued in such cases.
• ✔ Low Word Count: Refunds won’t be accepted solely due to low word count.
• ✔ Lack of Concern Submission: Refunds won’t be given if the client hasn’t submitted a concern about the work.
• ✔ Additional Requirements or Demands: Refunds won’t be given for delays caused by new requirements or excessive demands not communicated at the time of order.
• ✔ Tips: No refunds will be accepted for tips given to our writers or team members.

• ✔ Before Work Starts: If you want a refund before we start working on your project, you can request it within one business day of placing the order. This request must be made in writing via email.
• ✔ After Work Starts: Refunds requested after the project starts will only be considered if you have used at least three revisions. In such cases, a partial refund may be offered.

We aim to deliver on time. If a project is late and you have made at least three attempts to contact us, we will process a 50% refund. You need to provide proof that the delay was our fault.

• ✔ Client-Related Delays: Refunds for late deliveries won’t be given if the delay is due to issues at the client’s end.
• ✔ Mutual Agreement: All refund cases will be settled through mutual agreement between the client and ghostwriting.ie.
• ✔ Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds or future discounts may be offered.

We strive to ensure high-quality work that meets your needs. Please provide feedback so we can make necessary adjustments. A refund request will only be accepted if you have requested at least three revisions and have communicated concerns to our support team on at least three occasions within two weeks.

All content on our website, including descriptions, images, and text, belongs to ghostwriting.ie. You cannot use any website content without our written permission. Users are prohibited from distributing, altering, transferring, downloading, or reposting any content from the website for personal or commercial gain without explicit consent.

When using our services, users must not:
